  • Registered office: 693 Avenue Pierre Lacans, 34310 Montady, France

02

Data collected

#

This site has no sign-up, no account and no form. It collects nothing about you beyond what any web server needs to answer a request.

  • Technical logs: IP address, date, requested page and browser details, recorded by the server and by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention.
  • Emails you send us: if you write to [email protected], we receive your address and whatever your message contains.
  • No audience measurement, no advertising tracker and no payment data.
03

Purposes and legal bases

#
  • Keeping the site secure and available — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Answering your emails — legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing, and is never sold, rented or transferred.

04

Retention

#
  • Technical logs: 13 months at most.
  • Emails with no follow-up: 1 year from the last exchange.
  • Exchanges leading to a business relationship: for its duration, then 3 years.
05

Recipients and processors

#

Your data is handled by the publisher. It passes only through the following providers, strictly necessary for the site and its mailbox to work:

  • OVH SAS — hosting of the server, in France.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — delivery, caching, DNS, abuse protection and the forwarding of emails sent to the studio’s address.
  • Competent authorities, upon lawful request.

Any resulting transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

06

Your rights

#

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to give directions on what happens to it after your death. To exercise them, write to [email protected] — a reply is owed within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

07

Automated decisions

#

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place on this site.
